You will be assigned a personal accountability partner who will guide you on a daily basis. This is not a pre-packaged “one-size-fits-all” diet plan. We believe in three meals per day and proper snacking habits. Our goal is to help you lose visceral fat without losing muscle mass, which is common with most diets.

It’s a five-day program will have personal food plate monitoring and nutrition principles taught in 5 LIVE SESSIONS of 45 minutes each. The program does not involve meal replacements but real food. In these 5 days, we teach many of the principles that are a part of our 12 week structured program. And after the 5-day program is over, many people keep going on their own with the principles they have learned, and others opt for the 12-week structured program, which is a paid program, with daily monitoring, where 8-10 kg of fat loss is expected.

The 12 weeks program is designed to teach you the principles of fat loss along with correction of deficiencies. This unique structure and everyday guidance and hand holding along with simple lifestyle modifications allow you to form and sustain healthy habits lifelong because in our program you are dealing with a personal health coach not an AI or a automated mobile app... You also need to do your part, but for more than 94% of people having completed the 12 week program, the weight has not returned one year later.
